I am talking about Kinilaw/Kilawin. Whew! My husband had his first ever taste of the so-called "Filipino Sushi" and he liked it. Now he misses it and asked me if I can make him one. Yikes! I know nothing about this and so read online on how to make it and at the same time asked some of my friends.
Oh well, Connie is now helping me. I ask alot of questions, and she is patient enough to answer all. Makulit gad yo Con? Huhuhu. Sowie lang

Just like my hubby too...My hubby also loves lechon and dinuguan. But I don't cook. He cooks. So he had to learn making Filipino foods and he did. Hehehe!
